Intent

This expanded print work arose from an investigation into the interplay between intention and perception. It combines order and incomprehensibility in a single work. The decisive factor was the combination of digital and analog processes, which creates a tension between graphic perfection and human imperfection.

The dark green lines suggest a statement - they are reminiscent of words but have no inherent meaning. In this design, the tops and bottoms of words were cut off, creating a visual language.
