How many times must we ‘learn’ the same lesson?

This project is based on a poem by my great-grandfather in which he describes his experiences in post-war Germany. The poem is titled The Remilitarisation of Germany. I selected the most meaningful lines and tried to summarize the message as simply as possible. The message felt politically relevant, and it was interesting to realize how a decades-old sentiment still resonates today.
